Task & Solution
- Nest and tub handling: fully automatic opening of tubs and RTU ("ready to use") vials in the nest (packaging unit), fully automatic opening, denesting, filling and magazining
- Two GEH6000IL series grippers with servo drive and integrated controller
- Brushless drive technology for individual force adjustment as well as position and speed control
- Mechanical self-locking prevents vials from falling even in the event of a power failure
- IO-Link facilitates the readout of specific data, e.g. temperature measurement, position or number of cycles
